Instructions: Click the link above and download the file to your computer. Open in Adobe Acrobat. (If you do not have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer, click here to download it.) Once opened, type in the date, your name, and your address in the appropriate form fields. Print, apply postage, and mail.
Submit a comment to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC)
Click here to submit a comment to the FERC electronically. Be sure to use the Atlantic Coast Pipeline’s docket number PF15-6 when submitting.
